Qualifications

• 1 year experience working as HCA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and instruction to patients.
• Assist in delivering patient care packages under supervision.
• Manage and prioritise workload.
• Communicate with practice staff and GPs.
• Report any change in patient's condition.
