Job summary

Hartwig Care is seeking compassionate Care Workers for full-time or part-time roles in Welwyn Garden City (AL7), Hatfield (AL10) and surrounding areas. • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (with business insurance).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to all individuals who utilise our service.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and companionship.
• Provide safe and compassionate care that is person-centred.
• Perform personal care tasks as outlined in the client's care plan.
• Create and maintain good communication with clients and other members of the support network.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
• Monitor and report any changes to care managers.
