Job summary

Committed Solutions Ltd is seeking compassionate and reliable Care Workers/Home Care Workers to provide high-quality person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes and within the community.

The role involves supporting service users with personal care, daily living activities, mobility, meal preparation, medication support, companionship and maintaining independence, dignity and wellbeing. You will follow care plans, maintain records and report changes to the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support work is desirable.
• Commitment to safe, respectful, compassionate care.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
