Job summary

Corserv Care is hiring Support Workers to join our community care teams in East Cornwall. You will help people return home or remain independent with compassionate, person-centred support.

You will work flexible hours with guaranteed paid hours, travel time and mileage, and comprehensive training. You’ll assist with daily living tasks, personal care and community access, while safeguarding and recording outcomes.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Understanding of reablement and care provision.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to promote independence and safety.
• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, meals and housekeeping.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate changes to management.
• Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals and occupational therapists to support service users.
