Job summary

HRString Ltd is seeking compassionate care assistants to join our UK domiciliary care team. You will support service users with health-care tasks under professional supervision, monitor vital signs, and assist with bedside and personal care.

Responsibilities include meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining confidentiality, privacy and dignity at all times. Applicants must be based in the UK with valid right to work.

Qualifications

• Must be a resident of the UK with a valid right to work.

Responsibilities

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
