Home Instead in Hinckley, Burbage & Nuneaton is seeking compassionate Home Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes. Visits are a minimum of one hour, helping maintain independence and dignity in daily living.

This 0-hour contract offers hourly pay from £12.75 to £13.75, with enhanced pay on bank holidays, paid training and 24/7 support via the Employee Assistance Programme, plus reimbursement for travel time and mileage.

Qualifications

• No experience required – full training provided.
• Driver with access to own vehicle – essential.
• Alternate weekend availability – essential.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in their own homes across Hinckley, Burbage and Nuneaton.
• Provide housekeeping, companionship and personal care as needed.
• Help clients maintain independence and dignity at home.
