Job summary

Comfort Call is seeking Care Assistants to join our Cheltenham teams, delivering compassionate, person‑centred homecare to clients in their own homes. You will support daily living, companionship, and well‑being, while maintaining dignity and independence for service users across Cheltenham and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of social care experience.
• Strong empathy and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Willingness to travel between local clients within Cheltenham and surrounding areas.
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and practical support to service users.
• Assist with daily living tasks and promote independence.
• Record observations and communicate changes to the care team.
• Support with medication reminders and safety procedures.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, and mobility support.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to deliver consistent care.
