NWCare is a family‑run domiciliary care agency serving Northern Ireland for over 50 years. We are expanding and recruiting for morning, afternoon, and evening rotas in Ballymoney. A full driving licence and Enhanced AccessNI certificate are essential.

We offer paid training, ongoing CPD, and progression opportunities across a 4/3 rota system. Roles include full time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling to suit mums and students.

Qualifications

• Enhanced AccessNI certificate required for the role.
• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle.
• QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care is required.
