Job summary

RJS RESOURCING LTD is seeking Community Carers to support individuals in their homes in the United Kingdom. You will provide daily living assistance, medication support, and friendly companionship, working to promote independence for clients.

Shifts run 7am–2pm and 4pm–10pm, on weekdays and alternate weekends. A UK driving license and access to a vehicle are preferred, and you will receive competitive hourly pay along with pension, mileage allowance, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Genuine care-focused approach with excellent communication.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work alternate weekends.
• Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with daily living tasks, medication support and companionship.
• Maintain clean, comfortable home environments and support client independence.
• Accompany clients to appointments and communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
• Keep accurate records and report observations or concerns.
