Cera is seeking Care Assistants in Merton to support clients at home, helping with daily activities and providing companionship. No prior experience required, with full-time shifts between 7 am and 7 pm and a flexible work pattern including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing.
• Manage medications as instructed and assist with reminders.
• Prepare hot meals and help with domestic tasks.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and joy to clients.
• Support clients in Merton and surrounding areas in their daily routines.
