Cera Care is hiring a Care Assistant in Epping Forrest to support clients in their homes. The role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with a flexible shift pattern including mornings, days, evenings and nights. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required to enable travel between clients.

No prior experience is necessary, and comprehensive training will be provided to help you deliver compassionate, high-quality care in the community.

Qualifications

• Flexible shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights.
• Role covers clients in Epping Forrest and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including washing and dressing.
• Help with continence care and medications as needed.
• Prepare hot meals and assist with domestic tasks.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and joy to clients.
• Follow care plans and report any changes to the team.
