Job summary

Cera is hiring Care Assistants to support clients in Rushden, Wellingborough, Kettering and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible shifts (7am–3pm, 3pm–10pm) with weekend work and requires a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

No previous experience is necessary, and the job involves personal care, companionship, and light domestic tasks at clients’ homes. Successful applicants can expect enhanced pay for bank holidays, pension, DBS/PVG, and access to WeCare discounts, plus career

• Willingness to work shifts including weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing, and cooking.

• Assist with domestic tasks and support with medications as needed.
