Job summary

Cera Care is seeking dedicated Care Assistants in Stafford to support clients at home. Part-time and full-time roles available with flexible shifts, including mornings, days, evenings and nights. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required to reach clients in Stafford and surrounding areas.

No experience necessary, training provided. Guarantee of hours and enhanced rates on bank holidays, plus holiday pay, pension, DBS/PVG free, company mobile and uniform.

Qualifications

• Kind and caring nature; no previous experience required.
• Flexible shifts (mornings, days, evenings, nights) with every other weekend off.
• Must have driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including washing, dressing and continence support.
• Help with medications, cooking or preparing meals and domestic tasks.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and joy to clients at home.
