Job summary

Seren Support is seeking a Female* Community Care Worker/Home Care Assistant to join our compassionate team. Hours range from 16 hours per week to full-time, with a pay rate of £13.45 per hour plus benefits. Mileage paid, shifts 7am-3pm and/or 3pm-11pm, and an emphasis on dignity and independence for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care or home care is advantageous.
• Ability to work with clients in their own homes.
• Reliable and caring approach with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to service users during visits.
• Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Accompany clients to appointments or shopping.
• Support with personal care to maintain independence.
