Job summary

Radfield Home Care Chippenham & North Wiltshire is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to support our clients in North Wiltshire. You will help with daily living tasks, provide companionship and contribute to personalised care plans to keep clients independent at home.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required; the role includes paid travel time, mileage, paid induction and ongoing training.

Qualifications

Experience in home care or a related field preferred but not essential.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to develop and follow care plans.
Valid UK Driving Licence required.
Female only due to client needs.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.
Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client.
Communicate with clients, families and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance wellbeing.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and changes in condition.
Support clients in engaging with their community and interests.
