Kelly Park Limited in County Durham is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our domiciliary home care team. You will work in clients’ homes across the county, promoting independence and delivering person-centred support with empathy and reliability.

We value flexibility and a strong work ethic, require an Enhanced DBS and two references, and offer paid training, mileage allowance, pension, and holiday entitlement, plus options for early pay and gym membership access.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS clearance required and two satisfactory references.
• Commitment to high-quality person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence and care for service users in their own homes.
• Encourage service users to participate in day-to-day care.
• Accompany service users to appointments and access the local community.
• Prepare meals and snacks to meet nutritional needs.
• Tidy service users' home and assist with basic domestic tasks.
• Assist in personal care tasks, including bathing and continence care.
