Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support and personal care in clients' homes.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping and routines.
• Support clients with shopping, appointments and community activities.
• Administer medication reminders and monitor wellbeing.
• Document care provided and report changes to supervisors promptly.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and families while upholding standards.
