Confidential is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Wakefield and surrounding areas. You will support clients with daily living activities, follow care plans, and maintain accurate records while providing companionship and emotional support.

Applicants should have good English communication skills and basic IT abilities for documentation. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are advantageous, with a driving allowance paid and £15 per hour rate.

Qualifications

• Must be resident within Wakefield, Leeds, Bradford, or surrounding areas.
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication purposes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meals, and medication management.
• Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Follow individual care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
