Job summary

Middlewood Clinic in Midhurst, part of Elysium Healthcare, is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant. You will join a supportive MDT caring for individuals with eating disorders, contributing to recovery and wellbeing within a respectful, patient‑centred environment.

The role offers a 12.5‑hour shift pattern across 3–4 days per week (including nights and weekends) and a base salary of £25,760 plus a £1,200 location allowance, plus generous annual leave and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• You will work as part of an inclusive and supportive team.
• A positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important for this role.
• Experience in caring for people with eating disorders is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to people with Eating Disorders, supporting recovery pathways.
• Carry out ward rounds, observe behaviours and update patient records.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily activities as needed.
