Woodlands Care Centre is a welcoming, beautifully decorated and purpose-built care home which specialises in Nursing, Residential and Dementia care for older people, and is currently seeking Health Care Assistants to join our friendly team. Are you ready to apply?

Qualifications

Caring, compassionate nature and genuine interest in elder care.
Willingness to develop new skills.
Good listener with patience.
Flexibility due to shift work.
Ability to communicate well, both written and verbal.
Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and feeding.
Providing physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities with residents.
Taking responsibility for the physical and emotional well-being and social needs of the residents.
Participating in the development of resident care plans and awareness of specialist support needs.
Assisting residents with mobility and support.
