Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional service to clients, advising on funeral services.
  • Co-ordinate a funeral service liaising with Funeral Director and third parties.
  • Complete all required administration tasks efficiently.
  • Provide information about after-care services.
  • Responsible for the standard, service and compliance of the branch.
  • Co-ordinate and support chapel visits.
  • Engage with local causes and community projects.
