No prior fundraising experience is required; your compassion and ability to connect with people will drive success. We offer a guaranteed salary of £26.4K with realistic OTE £45k-£55k, comprehensive training, healthcare, pension, and generous referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• You've worked in a healthcare, care, or people-facing role.
• You're confident, compassionate, and great with people.
• You can work full-time or part-time hours and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Speak to members of the public at shopping centres, shows, garden centres, and events to inspire regular giving.
• Share the charity's story and impact to encourage long-term support.
• Engage with volunteers and supporters to maximise donor retention.
