Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to help create a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents, families and visitors. You’ll be involved in serving meals, beverages and snacks, and in keeping dining areas clean, comfortable and inviting at all times.

Working with our hospitality and kitchen teams, you’ll support daily food and beverage services across the home, assist with kitchen duties when needed, and demonstrate a friendly, professional approach that enhances

• Experience in a hospitality, catering or customer service environment.
• A friendly, caring and professional approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• An understanding of food hygiene and health and safety practices.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
