Qualifications

• Interest in Care of the elderly.
• 6 months experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clients in using their personal and mobility aids.
• Interact with clients helping them to continue with hobbies.
• Understand and report changes to Clients Care Plans.
• Complete accurate written records as instructed.
• Assist Clients during mealtimes according to their care plan.
• Answer the nurse call system promptly and assist.
• Report incidents to the Nurse in Charge.
• Attend mandatory training for the role.
• Travel to other venues and incur additional costs for training.
• Participate in supervision and appraisal meetings.
