St Philip's Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support elderly residents. You will follow care plans, assist with daily activities, and participate in holistic caring tasks to promote independence and wellbeing.

The role requires prior care experience and an NVQ2/SVQ2/QCF level 2 in Health and Social Care, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and ongoing learning within a supportive team.

Formación

• NVQ2 / SVQ2 or QCF level 2 in Health and Social Care.
• Previous experience of care work in a Hospital, Care or Nursing Home.
• A Passion for Care of the Elderly.
• Ability to read and act on Care Plans to promote continuity of care.
• Understanding and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and provide the requirements for normal health and care.
• Assist clients with daily care needs they would normally undertake.
• Participate in holistic caring activities.
• Care for clients to optimise independence.
• Read and act on Care Plans to promote continuity of care.
• Move and handle residents safely; assist with hygiene and dressing.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition.
