Job summary

Excellence Healthcare Services Ltd is recruiting compassionate, reliable community care assistants to join our growing team. This is a domiciliary care role supporting service users in their own homes, with regular travel between visits.

We operate 365 days a year, including weekends and bank holidays, and offer full induction, ongoing training and opportunities for career progression within the company.

Qualifications

• Essential requirements include Full UK driving licence and access to your own reliable vehicle.
• Male and females are welcome.
• Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential; full induction and training provided.
• Right to work in the UK and ability to work weekends/bank holidays are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support per each service user's care plan.
• Assist with personal care: washing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Support mobility, moving and handling, and daily living activities.
• Assist with medication in line with care plan and procedures.
• Encourage independence and provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate care records after each visit and report changes promptly.
