Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker in Chippenham to provide compassionate 2:1 support to a young woman living at home. You will help with health, daily routines, mobility, and emotional support, joining a values-driven team focused on person-centred care.

The role involves 24-hour shifts with a minimum of two shifts per week, and weekend pay rates of £16.19 (Sat) / £16.85 (Sun) per hour. Experience in complex care is desirable but not essential.
