Job summary

Total Community Care (CCH) is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant in Bugle, St Austell, to support a client with a spinal cord injury at home. You will help with therapies, attend appointments, and encourage outdoor activities in a supportive, family-oriented team.

The role offers flexible shifts, full training, and opportunities for career progression within the Complex Care team. DBS, training, and local support are included.

Qualifications

• No experience required and full training will be provided.
• For longer shifts, driving may be required for insured candidates over 25.

Responsibilities

• Support a client with a spinal cord injury at home and in local facilities.
• Assist with a range of therapies at home and at specialist centres.
• Accompany client to medical and personal appointments and encourage outdoor activities.
