Job summary

CCH Group in Northampton is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a 20-year-old client in her family home as part of a 2:1 care package. You will provide personal care, monitoring, and assist with PEG feeding and medication administration.

No experience is required; full training and ongoing clinical support are provided. DBS check is free, with opportunities for progression, flexible shifts, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Full training and ongoing clinical support provided
• Non-smoker and comfortable in a home with a dog
• Energetic, empathetic, and enthusiastic about care

Responsibilities

• Personal care
• PEG feeding and medication administration
• Seizure monitoring and management
• Moving and handling
• Suctioning (as required)
• Engaging in sensory play, arts and crafts, story time, and outings
