Job summary

Trustmark Care is recruiting compassionate, reliable and dedicated Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our growing team across Gosport, Fareham, Portchester, Locks Heath, Warsash and Portsmouth.

You will support people in their own homes with personal care, medication support, meal preparation, companionship and everyday living activities, helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

Qualifications

• A caring, compassionate and patient approach.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability, punctuality and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Respect for people's dignity, privacy and independence.
• Willingness to provide personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting assistance.
• Willingness to undertake relevant training and development.
• Ability to follow care plans, policies and procedures.
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Sponsorship is not available.
