Job summary

Pharmaxo Healthcare in the UK is seeking a homecare nurse to deliver high‑quality clinical care across the community. You will work with NHS partners and private providers to bring hospital‑level treatments into patients’ homes, prioritising safety, compassion and patient experience.

Key duties include observing patients, administering S/C, IM or IV medications, monitoring vital signs, maintaining records and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe treatment journeys.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration.
• Experience of administering S/C, IM or IV medications.
• Substantial post-registration experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient observations and assess readiness for treatment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the medical team.
• Educate patients and families to promote understanding and independence.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams ensuring that patient safety is paramount.
