Qualifications

• Experience in home care or care support is preferred.
• You will support clients with personal care, meal prep, medication administration and companionship.
• You will work in clients' own homes across Suffolk and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered home care and support with daily living activities.
• Assist with meals, light housework and errands while promoting independence.
• Support clients to access community services and maintain safety at home.
