Job summary

City & County Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Children’s Complex Care Assistant to join our team. You’ll provide dedicated in-home care for a 5-year-old client living with complex medical needs, including epilepsy, in a loving family setting.

No experience is required, and you’ll receive training and progression opportunities through our support network. As part of AGH, you’ll access a range of benefits, paid training, mileage, and 28 days annual leave (pro rata).

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is required, along with care, compassion and resilience.
• No specific degree is required to apply; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated in-home care for a 5-year-old client with complex medical needs (epilepsy).
• Build a warm, trusting relationship with the family and pets.
• Support daily routines, safety, and well-being in the home setting.
