Job summary

Cera Care in Havant is hiring a compassionate care assistant to help clients in their own homes across Havant and surrounding areas. You will support personal care, meals, mobility, and medications, visiting clients in their homes and travelling between visits.

No two days are the same, with shifts across mornings, days, evenings and nights. Driving licence and access to a car are preferred to enable travel between visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for others or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in clients' homes and travel between visits.
• Strong communication and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Support personal care, meals, and mobility for clients.
• Administer or remind about medications as directed.
• Plan visits and coordinate with the care team.
