Job summary

Meridian Business Support Ltd is seeking a dedicated Care Home Support Worker in Swaffham, Norfolk. You will join a compassionate team to assist residents with personal care, daily living activities and daily routines while upholding dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate, and patient demeanor is essential.
• Excellent communication skills are required to interact with residents and colleagues.
• Experience as a carer is preferred but not essential, training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to residents.
• Promote residents’ dignity, wellbeing, and independence.
• Assist with daily living activities and general support within the home.
• Maintain high standards of care and service.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to support residents effectively.
