Job summary

Home Instead in Walsall & Great Barr is looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join as Care Professionals. Providing personal, person-centred care empowers older adults to remain independent and comfortable at home.

You will assist with daily activities, ensure clients' wellbeing, and offer companionship while working flexible hours between 07:00am and 11:00pm. Competitive pay is £12.71 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Access to a reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional standards of care
• Right to work in the UK or eligibility for Skilled Worker Visa

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and toileting
• Prepare meals and support with nutrition and hydration
• Support clients with medication reminders
• Carry out light housekeeping and domestic tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Accompany clients to appointments, shopping trips, and social activities
• Support individuals living with dementia and other specialist care needs
