Job summary

Bluebird Care Stamford & Rutland is seeking a caring and dedicated Care Expert to join our team and help us set the standard. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

You'll support customers in all aspects of daily living, working independently or as part of a supportive team, delivering high-quality care with compassion. We provide full induction and ongoing training, with flexible shift patterns to suit your life.

Qualifications

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person's individual needs.
• Assist with personal care, meal prep, and nutrition.
• Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal.
• Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for.
• Follow care plans and reporting.
• Support customers with daily living tasks and mobility as needed.
