Job summary

Sugarman Health and Wellbeing Limited is hiring a Care Assistant to support service users with complex needs in Southampton. You will provide personal care, support everyday activities, and promote independence in a compassionate, patient manner.

We offer full-time hours, flexible shifts and training to help you develop skills within a supportive team oriented toward quality care delivery.

Qualifications

• 6 months UK care experience desirable.
• Complex care experience beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills and patience.
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and protocols.
• Proactive and observant with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Provide Right to Work and a valid DBS certificate (assistance available).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Engage and support service users in classroom activities and social interactions.
• Follow care plans and protocols meticulously.
• Support independence and build meaningful relationships in home and community settings.
