Responsibilities

• Respect residents as individuals and tailor care per care plan.
• Assist with daily living activities: washing, toileting, dressing, grooming.
• Promote dignity, choice, and independence through person-centred care.
• Support residents during mealtimes and provide refreshments as needed.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families through kindness.
