Job summary

Northcare (Scotland) Ltd in Scotland is seeking compassionate Health Care Assistants to join our Balmoral by Northcare team. You will provide high-quality person-centred care to residents, supporting daily living, meals, mobility and wellbeing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and support to residents
• Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Supporting residents with meals and hydration
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Promoting residents’ independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Assisting residents with daily activities and social engagement
• Working closely with senior carers and healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns appropriately
