The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of UK care experience, a right to work in the UK, and a willingness to engage in full training and development including support toward an NVQ/Diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months UK-based care experience.
• Full right to work in the UK.
• Ability to work across day shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care with dignity and respect.
• Follow care plans created by nursing staff and document observations.
• Support the client with activities and outings.
• Maintain communication with nurses and supervisors.
