Job summary

Orders of St. John Care Trust is recruiting a Care Assistant at Chestnut Court, just outside Gloucester, to help provide high quality, person-centred care to residents. You will support daily routines and personal care with kindness, dignity and respect, contributing to a homely atmosphere in a not-for-profit setting.

We welcome both experienced carers and those new to care. You’ll receive induction training, ongoing development, and join a supportive team with opportunities to grow a long-term

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to build relationships with residents and colleagues.
• Willingness to participate in induction training and ongoing development.
• Ability to work as part of a diverse team in a caring environment.

Responsibilities
