Foley Grange Care Home in Kidderminster, Worcestershire, is seeking a caring Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, personal care and nutrition while following care plans to promote dignity and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• A caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A reliable and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
• SVQ/NVQ Level 2 desirable or willingness to work towards.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living including personal care, mobility and nutrition.
• Follow care plans and recognise changes in condition to ensure safe, responsive care.
• Work as part of a supportive team to create a warm, positive environment.
• Support training and ongoing development as provided.
