Lyndon Hall Care Home in West Bromwich is hiring a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing. You will follow care plans, promote dignity and independence, and work as part of a supportive team with full training and ongoing development.

We offer a competitive hourly rate (£12.95–£13.45), paid DBS, uniform, 5.6 weeks’ annual leave and access to wellbeing and learning benefits to help you grow in your career.

Competenze

• A caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A reliable and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
• SVQ/NVQ Level 2 desirable or willingness to work towards.
