This role requires a kind, warm, and patient approach, with excellent verbal and written communication. Shifts are 12.5 hours, part-time 23 hours per week, with day/night rotation and weekends/bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to residents with personal care needs (washing, dressing, meals).
