Cera Care is seeking a dedicated care assistant for our Extra Care Unit in Wirral. You will support residents with personalised care plans, assist with meals, getting up, and daily activities, ensuring comfort and independence where possible.

Training will be provided through the Cera Academy, with opportunities for progression. We value compassion, patience, and a person-centered approach in our team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personalised care and care plans.
• Assist with meals, getting up in the morning, and medication support.
• Help with light housework and daily tasks as part of the care routine.
