RAL Community Care Ltd in Lincolnshire is seeking a caring and dependable Care Assistant to join our team. You will provide practical and personal care to individuals, helping them live with dignity, comfort and as much independence as possible.

We are looking for someone who is patient, attentive and genuinely committed to delivering person-centred care in a supportive environment. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role; applicants should have the right to work in the UK.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant or in a similar care setting is desirable.
• A compassionate, patient and respectful approach to supporting others.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Ability to build positive and professional relationships with service users.
• Reliable, responsible and willing to work as part of a team.
• Ability to follow care plans, instructions, policies and procedures.
• Relevant care qualifications or training, where required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day care and support based on each individual's needs and care plan.
• Assist with personal care, dressing, washing and other daily activities where required.
• Support individuals with meals, mobility and maintaining a comfortable daily routine.
• Encourage service users to remain as independent as possible and make their own choices.
• Provide companionship and emotional support when needed.
• Observe and report any changes in an individual's health, behaviour or wellbeing.
• Communicate professionally with colleagues, service users and other care professionals.
• Complete care records accurately and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, infection prevention and control procedures.
• Always promote the dignity, privacy, rights and wellbeing of the individuals you support.
