Dalgety Bay Care Home is seeking a caring Care Assistant to provide person-centred support for residents, including personal care, mobility and nutrition. You will follow care plans, observe changes in condition and help residents feel respected and safe in a warm, supportive environment.

We welcome both new and experienced carers, with full training and ongoing development. The role offers full-time, part-time or bank contracts, dayshifts, and benefits such as pension, PVG, uniform and onsite

Qualificações

• Caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Previous care experience beneficial but not essential.
• SVQ Level 2 desirable or willingness to work towards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care, mobility support and nutrition assistance.
• Follow care plans and monitor changes in residents’ condition.
• Support independence and overall wellbeing of residents.
• Collaborate with the team to create a warm, trusting environment.
