Home Instead Horsham is hiring Care Assistants to provide in-home support across Horsham and surrounding areas. This role offers guaranteed contracted hours, flexible shifts, and paid training, with no prior care experience required.

You will help clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in their own homes. You'll work 08:00–21:15 with full-time and part-time options, including weekend availability.

Qualifications

• No care experience required; values matter.
• Must be 18+ and UK resident.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect.
• Assisting with morning and evening routines.
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding.
• Carrying out light household duties to maintain a safe home.
• Offering companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Administering or prompting medication per care plans.
• Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, or activities.
• Monitoring wellbeing and reporting changes to the office.
