We provide a thorough induction and training programme to build confidence, with DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Clear communication, verbal and written.
• Demonstrate initiative and respect residents and staff.
• Efficient worker able to take instructions from team members.
• Flexible to cover a range of responsibilities on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care and support the care team.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene while maintaining independence and dignity.
• Recognize clinical risk areas and escalate as needed.
